About this series:
”A Meeting” is about growing up Mormon and in related religious movements. I wanted to take a ubiquitous object, but make its arrangement heavy with significance in a way that may be opaque to those outside of that experience. I’ve found other people who attended Mormon church services immediately recognize what the chairs mean, and others often see piece of their own experiences, like an AA meeting.
